WORCESTER, Mass. --- Sophomore designated hitter FRANK FLYNN (Worcester, MA/St. Peter-Marian) hammered a three-run home run in the seventh inning to lead Assumption College past American International College, 7-6, in Northeast-10 Conference baseball Thursday at Rocheleau Field. Flynn was a major player as the Greyhounds swept A.I.C. in the two-game set this week. He pitched seven scoreless innings in his team’s 6-2 win Wednesday. The Hounds are now 10-4 overall and 2-0 in the conference, tied for first place in the standings with Bentley University, a 5-4 winner in 10 innings against Saint Anselm.
