We were neck and neck with the boat next to us in our final race of the season and we were at the sprint. It was so close I stopped making calls and started screaming at the top of my lungs to get the girls to just floor it through the finish line. We ended up dropping 14 seconds and breaking our own school record with a new time of 6.50.04. That was the moment I feel in love with the sport of Rowing."
