Worcester Ice Center

The Worcester Ice Center serves as the home arena for Assumption University’s men’s and women’s ice hockey programs, providing Greyhound student-athletes with a first-class venue in the heart of Worcester’s Canal District. Since its opening in 2017, the state-of-the-art, dual-rink facility has become one of New England’s premier hockey destinations, offering an exciting atmosphere for both players and fans.

Featuring two NHL-sized ice surfaces, expansive locker room facilities, and dedicated strength and training spaces, the Worcester Ice Center is designed to meet the needs of competitive collegiate programs. The Greyhounds compete on the arena’s primary competition surface, which seats over 1,500 fans and offers a professional-style game-day experience.
