Easton, Mass. -- The Assumption Men's Tennis team lost 9-0 to Stonehill College on Saturday at the Charles Watt Courts in Easton, Massachusetts.
Assumption senior Tariq Skeikh (Longmeadow, MA/Longmeadow) had a good showing at #2 singles, but was unable to stop Skyhawks senior Jonathan Burke (Wakefield, R.I./South Kingstown) in a 6-3, 6-4 Stonehill win.
Stonehill is now 9-4 with a 4-1 record in the Northeast-10 while Assumption falls to 1-7 with a 1-5 conference record. The Greyhounds are back in action at home against Regis on Sunday.
