CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Assumption University men's tennis team dropped a road match to Boston College by a 7-0 score on Sunday afternoon.

The Greyhounds got notable efforts from the duo of sophomore Alan Nguyen (Reading, Mass.) and senior Michael Butkus (Worcester, Mass.) at No. 2 doubles as well as senior Max Francis (West Barnstable, Mass.) at No. 1 singles. Nguyen and Butkus were edged out by Mason Fung and Vassel, 6-4, while Francis fell to Max Motlagh by set scores of 6-1 and 6-4.

Assumption (2-7) will return home to next face Franklin Pierce on Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m.
