Records: Greyhounds (5-2, 4-0 NE10) | Chargers (3-3, 0-0 CACC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Assumption started fast, as they hit 60.6 percent of their shots from the floor in the opening 20 minutes, led by freshman Luke Michalski's 12 points, while holding Dominican to just 37.1 percent. The Chargers would slowly chip away at the first-half deficit and only head into the locker room trailing by 12 (48-36).

The hosts would not go away and would continue to try to cut away at the deficit, as they would eventually get the margin to single digits following a layup by Chance Morrish (73-64 – 11:04), but the Greyhounds continued to hit their shots and would pull away for a 98-81 road win.
