WORCESTER, Mass. – Assumption University track & field freshman
Tucker Walker was named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week after winning a pair of events over the weekend, announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.

Walker was one of the best throwers in the NE10 last week, regardless of age. The Greyhound ranks first in the Shot and third in the Discus while being among the top ten in the region as well. He threw the shot 14.74m and the discus 42.05m at the SNHU Spring Invite.
