WORCESTER, Mass.—The Assumption University women's golf team is set to play in the Hartford Hawks Invitational. The two-day event begins Saturday, September 6, at the Keney Park Golf Course in Windsor, Connecticut.
 
Bailey Laughlin returned for her first full season as the Assumption Golf Head Coach.
 
Last season, the Greyhounds put together a consistent season, taking fourth place or better in seven out of nine events. Assumption women's golf finished fourth in the Northeast 10 Championship last September. 
 
The Hounds return All-NE10 second-teamer Samantha Tinsley, along with Caroline Dubrey and Cecilia Shenette, who played in last year's NE10 Championship.
