WORCESTER, Mass. — The Assumption University men's basketball team is heading to the NCAA Division II Tournament for the second-straight season, as the Greyhounds will compete in the NCAA Division II East Regional as the No. 6 seed at Charles L. & Gloria B. Lumsden Gymnasium on the campus of Daemen University.

Per NCAA Regulations, no parent passes or complimentary passes will be accepted. 
More information about tickets will be released later in the week. 
 
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

• Assumption is heading to the big dance for the second-straight season. 
• The Greyhounds won the regional last season as the six seed, before falling to Nova Southeastern in the Elite Eight. 
• The Hounds are led by three Northeast 10 All-Conference selections: Tayeshawn Cunningham-Pemberton (Second Team), Daouda Dembele (Third Team), and Lenny Tangishaka (All-Defense). 
• Assumption is making its 29th appearance in the National Dance. They are 39-31 in those games and won five straight regional titles (1971-1975). 
• This is the second-straight year, that the Greyhounds have been the sixth seed in the NCAA Tournament held at Daemen.

WHAT'S NEXT

• The first three rounds will begin on Saturday, March 14^th. The second round will be on Sunday, March 16^5h, with the East Regional Championship, which will take place on Tuesday, March 17^th.
