WORCESTER, Mass. – For the fourth time this year, Assumption University women's tennis freshman
Darja Trinerova was named the Northeast 10 Conference rookie of the week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

Trinerova went 4-0 on the week, as she started the week with a 7-5 at No. 1 doubles with
Marian Aguirre at Saint Michael's, before winning No. 2 singles 6-4, 6-3. Trinerova capped off the week with a 6-3 win at top-flight doubles at Saint Anselm College before nearly sweeping her way through No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-1.

- Women's Tennis (15-9, 9-3 NE10) will head to the Northeast 10 Conference playoffs, with the first round beginning on Friday, April 24th, followed by the semifinals on Monday and the finals on Tuesday.
