• Won gold at NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/11) as part of the 4x800 relay team with a time of 7:38.88
• Placed third at NE10 Championships (5/4) as part of the 4x800 relay team with a time of 7:39.55

2017-18 Indoor Track:

• Finished fourth as part of 4x800 relay team at the NE10 Indoor Championships (02/17) with a time of 8:01.87
• Won silver as part of 4x400 relay team at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (02/09) with a time of 3:29.39.

2017 Outdoor Track: Placed 3rd in the 800m at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite in a collegiate best time of 1:53.89...Placed 2nd in the 1500m at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational in a collegiate best time of 4:00.73

2016-17 Indoor Track: At the NE-10 Championship, he was part of the school record 4x800m relay that placed 6th…Part of the DMR relay that set a new school record with a time of 10:31.51 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic… Placed 12th at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in the 800m with a time of 2:00.84… Ran a 4:40.98 mile at the Pioneer Invitational.

Prior to Assumption: Transferred from the University of Maine... Was a member of the cross country and track team at Shepherd Hill Regional High School... Won four SWCL conference championship in outdoor track... Was named a SWCL All-Star.

Personal: Son of Nicole and Misa Fossas ... Has two siblings, Aaron (23) and Isaac (18)… Both of of his parents ran track and cross country at Brandeis University and brother Aaron played baseball at Wake Forest University... Born on Feb 29
