Part Two: Vehicle Return Expectations

- All trash (cups, water bottles, wrappers, food and food scrapes etc.) must be taken out of the vans – there will be small trash bags and Lysol wipes put into all vans in the glovebox so that you can return the van in the expected condition.
- Report any and all issues with vans via email to Keith Loftis (this includes any service lights that are on etc.).
Failure to return van in the expected condition above will result in a cleaning fee of a
$100 that will be charged to your budget. The fee will go up
incrementally for repeat offenders.
In the result of damages, the driver of the vehicle will immediately report the damages to the Assistant Director of Athletics, Ben Ilg on cell phone: 401-440-8970. As well as Assumption Public Safety.Ultimately, the renting organization or club is responsible for paying the deductible should any damages occur during the rental period.

Contact Ben Ilg on cell phone: 401-440-8970. Immediately after incident, sit down with all involved and fill out accident reports. Take written and signed reports from witnesses.
