2018 Cross Country: Did not compete in any races during the year.
2017 Cross Country: Competed in three races over the season… Ran the 8K in a season-best time of 27:39.8 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational.
2016 Cross Country: Selected on to the NE10 Fall and Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Competed in six races over the season… Ran the 8K in a season-best 27:24.1 at the Paul Short – White Invitational placing third within the team and 39th overall… At the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championships, he ran the 8K in 27:43.3 placing first within the team and 62nd overall.
Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country, track and field, and played basketball and baseball at Burrillville High School… Was named All League for Basketball in 2015-2016, All Division for Cross Country in 2013,2014,2015 and All Class in 2014-15 and All Division for Track in 2016… Helped coach youth basketball for the Burrillville youth basketball Association for four years.
