2016-17 Indoor Track: Placed 2nd at the Pioneer Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 16:38.99… At the NE-10 championship, he placed 19th in the 3000m with a time of 9:18.18.
2016 Outdoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, he placed 22nd in the 1,500m with a time of 4:23.96… At the sixth Annual AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational, he ran a personal-best 800m (2:06.64) and 1,500m (4:14.14).
2015-16 Indoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, he ran a personal-best 5,000m with a time of 16:15.78… Ran a personal-best mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:36.04… Had a season-best 3,000m at the 2016 Dartmouth Indoor Classic with a time of 9:14.78… Had four top-10 finishes during the indoor season.
2015 Cross Country: At the NCAA Division II East Region Cross County Championships, he ran the 10K in 35:31.5… Ran the 4.97m in 28:15.3 at the Northeast-10 Men's Cross Country Championships.
Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and played tennis and basketball at Massabesic High School... Member of the 2012 cross country team that won the Maine State Championship...
