Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country at St.John's High School in Shrewsbury... 2010 Central Mass. CatholicAll-Star... His team captured the 2010 Central MassachusettsDistrict Championship.

2011: Placed 53rd at the Keene StateInvitational in 18:46 and 39th at the Shacklette Invitationalwith a time of 30:49... Finished 86th at the Pop CrowellInvitational in 30:34 and 133rd at the Northeast-10 Championship ina time of 30:03.

2012: Finished 94th at the Keene StateInvitational in 19:02 and 38th at the Shacklette Invitational in31:44... Posted a season-best 35th-place finish at the WorcesterCity Championship in 31:16... Finished 148th at the Pop CrowellInvitational in 30:26, along with a 136th place finish at theNortheast-10 Championship with a time of 31:19.
