2016-17 Indoor Track: At the NE-10 Championship, he was part of the school record 4x800m relay that placed 6th… Part of the DMR relay that set a new school record with a time of 10:31.51 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic… Placed 2nd at the Brown University Alden Invitational in the mile with a time of 4:36.80… Ran a new indoor-best in the 3000m at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic with a time of 9:18.38.
2016 Outdoor Track: Placed second in the 3,000m at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite with a time of 9:09.06… Had a career-best 800m run at the sixth Annual AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 2:02.94… Ran a career-best 1,500m at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational with a time of 4:07.74… Had six top-10 finishes during the outdoor season.
2015-16 Indoor Track: Ran a personal-best mile with a time of 4:29.10 at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships… Placed third in the 4x8 at the Beynon Invitational with a time of 8:48.25.
2015 Cross Country: At the Northeast-10 Men's Cross Country Championships, he ran the 4.97m in 27:33.5.
2015 Outdoor Track:Named to the Spring 2015 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Roll... Ran a season-best time of 15:51.04 in the 5,000 meters at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championship... Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite with a season-best time of 9:10.74... Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters at the Wesleyan Spring Break Invitational with a time of 9:22.72.
2014-2015 Indoor Track: Finished 10th in the mile at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championship with a time of 4:32.44, which marked his season best... Was also a member of the 4x800 relay team that finished 10th at the NE-10's in a time of 8:41.89... Placed third in the mile at the University of Southern Maine Invitational with a time of 4:39.
2014 Cross Country: Placed 60th in his first race at the National Catholic Championship in a time of 27:45.23... Finished 241st at the New England Championship in 28:16.08... Crossed in 89th place in a time of 31:16 at the Northeast-10 Confernence Championship.
Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track at North Attleboro High School... Member of the outdoor track and field championship team in 2012...
