2017 Outdoor Track: Placed 6th in the 3000m in a seson best of 9:48.77... Ran a collegiate best in the 5000m in a time of 16:34.77.
2016-17 Indoor Track: Ran a career-best 16:36.22 in the 5000m at the 2017 Dartmouth Indoor Classic… Placed 14th at the Gordon Kelly Classic with a career-best time of 9:35.02 in the 3000m… At the NE-10 Championships, he placed 19th in the 5000m
2016 Outdoor Track: Ran a career-best 800m at the 2016 FSU Jim Sheehan Invitational with a time of 2:27.57… Also had a personal-best 1,500m with a time of 4:42.89… At the 2016 Silfen Invitational, he ran a personal-best 10,000m with a time of 36:47.00.
2015-16 Indoor Track: Ran a career-best 3,000m at the USM Open III with a time of 9:42.12, good for fourth place in the event… Had a personal-best 5,000m at the Gordon Kelly Invitational with a time of 17:03.62.
2015 Cross Country: At the NCAA Division II East Region Cross County Championships, he ran the 10k in 35:53.0… At the Northeast-10 Men's Cross Country Championships, he ran the 4.97m in 28:43.7.
Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track at Cobleskill-Richmondville High School... Was also a member of the bowling team... First Team All-Conference in cross country in 2014 and Second Team All-Conference in 2013... 2013 Colonial Council cross country undefeated team champions... 2015 Colonial Council Track champions and Class C Sectionals champions... Marked the program's first championships in track at the Council and Sectional levels.
