• Claimed 84th in the 5000 meters in 15:57.36 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
• Finished 12th in the 3000 meters in 9:16.33 at the URI Sorlien Invitational

2018-19 Indoor Track:

• Set a personal best in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:56.31 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/8-2/9)
• Placed 6th in the 5000 meter run at the USM III (1/26) with a time of 16:13.26

2018 Outdoor Track: 

• Placed eighth at NE10 Championships (5/4) in the 5000 m with a time of 15:33.20
• Placed second in the 5000 at the Assumption-Merrimack Meet (4/21) with a time of 15:33.20.

2017-18 Indoor Track:

• Ran a personal best time in the mile at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/09) with a time of 4:40.83

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country, competed in track & field and played basketball and tennis at Ponaganset High School... 4x All-Division... 3x All-Class… Rhode Island Class C Meet, third individual and second team.
