Biography
Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and competed in track & field at North Middlesex Regional High School... Qualified for All-State Championship on a few occasions… 3x MVP… 3x League Champion… Ran a PR of 2:38 in the 1K, 4:29 in the mile, 9:49 in the two mile and 16:30 in the 5k… Performed community service in his community with Miles for Lewiston.
Personal: Son of Kenneth and Laura Spooner... Has one Brother, Bryan who ran cross country at Southern New Hampshire... Born on March 5.
