David Deiuliis

David Deiuliis was hired as the Head Rowing Coach in June of 2022. 
 
COACHING CAREER
  • Head Coach at Johnson & Wales University (Women's Rowing Program and Men's Club Team)
    • Guided women's varsity four to a silver medal at the Mid Atlantic Rowing Conference Championships
  • Head Coach at Franklin Pierce University (2014-17)
    • Placed several boats in the grand finals at New England Rowing Championships and set new team records at the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia
  • Head Coach of Arlington Belmont Crew Club
    • Team had unprecedented success at state public school championships and USRowing Northeast Youth Regionals
    • He has coached middle school students through master's rowers at programs across the New England region.
  • In 1991, he served as the first rowing coach in the history of Oakland Catholic High School, an all-girls school that was the sister school of his alma mater
     
PERSONAL LIFE
  • He was a pioneer of rowing in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he started his high school program at Central Catholic in 1986, making it only one of two programs in the entire city
  • DeIuliis graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in Italian
  • USRowing Level 3 Coaching Certification
