2019-20: Contributed to a 200 medley relay win at the Colby-Sawyer meet (10/19) where the team finished in 1:56.58... Took fifth in the 100 backstroke in 1:03.56 at the Holy Cross City Meet (10/27).
Prior to Assumption: Swam in high school… Played Unified Volleyball… Was part of the Unified Volleyball Championship team in 2016.
Personal: Daughter of Kristoff Forman and Heather Rourke… Has two sisters, Alexandra and Emily.
