2015-16: Placed 12^th in the 200 backstroke at the Northeast-10 Championships with a season-best time of 2:12.36… Had two other season-best swims at the NE-10 Championships capturing 15^th in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:02.39 and 16^th in the 400 IM with a time of 4:54.76.

2014-15: Named to the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Rolls... Placed ninth in the 200 backstroke at the Northeast-10 Swimming and Diving Championship with a time of 2:11.88... Finished 11th in the 100 backstroke at the NE-10 Championship with a time of 1:02.17... Placed seventh in the 400 IM with a season-best time of 4:56.31 at the Worcester City Championships.

2013-14: Named to the Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Roll... Placed sixth in the 400 IM with a time of 5:03.43 at the Worcester City Championships... Finished with a season-best time of 2:18.48 in the 200 IM at the Harold Anderson Invitational, earning 17th place.

2012-13: Named to the Spring 2013 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Roll... Placed 17th out of 41 at the AC Pentathlon in the 100 IM with a time of 1:10.16... Swam a season best time of 2:10.07 in the 200 free at the New England Invitational... Also competed in the 200 back, posting a season best time of 2:16.08 at the Harold Anderson Invitational.

Prior to Assumption: Competed on the swim team at Bishop Feehan High School... Helped her team win two state championships (2009, 2011) and capture the EAC Conference title all four years... Also helped her team advance to sectionals... Also played lacrosse at Bishop Feehan.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Pam Flynn... Born on Sept. 18... Majoring in marketing... Has three siblings, Caitlin, Patrick and Lawrence... Has volunteered her time in the community working with the Relay for Life, Swim Across America and Working for Worcester organizations.
