2018-19: Placed eighth in the 200 IM with a time of 2:21.37 at the Worcester City Championships.

2017-18: Placed tenth at the NE10 Championships (2/10) in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:29.90… Placed fifth at the Gompei Invitational (12/02) in the 50 freestyle with a time of 26.93.

2016-17: Swam personal best times at the NE10 Champs in the 50 Free as well as the 200 Back in times of 26.54 and 2:16.27 respectively... Helped her team capture 12th place in the 400 Free Relay at The Harold Anderson Invitational.

Prior to Assumption: Swam at Bishop Feehan high school… Was a State Champion for swimming five years in a row… Was named All-Conference 2012-2015 and a Sun Chronicle All-Star in 2015… Volunteered to lead retreats and helped at Santa Shop where students donate thousands of gifts to families in need.

Personal: Daughter of Jen and Chris Nitso… Born on Nov. 4… Has one sibling Grace (16).
