2015-16: Was a member of the 800 Freestyle Relay team that captured the Northeast-10 Relay team of the Week on 1/18/16…Won the 200 butterfly at the Northeast-10 Swimming and Diving Championships with a personal best time of 2:07.98… Also finished third in the 1650 freestyle with a personal best time of 17:37.74… Helped her team capture second in the 800 freestyle relay and 11^th in the 400 freestyle relay with times of 7:41.81 and 3:39.72 respectively… Had a season-best swim in the 1000 freestyle, finishing fourth with a time of 11:04.13 at the Catholic Invitational.

2014-15: Named to the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Rolls... Collected three individual top-two finishes at the 2015 Northeast-10 Championships, as well as one relay gold medal, to help lead the Greyhounds to their second-straight NE-10 Championship... Set an Assumption College program record in her impressive 1650 freestyle swim at the NE-10 Championship with a time of 17:39.34... Helped set the school record in the 800 freestyle relay with a time of 7:41.45 at the NE-10 Championships... Claimed the silver medal in the 200 butterfly with a season-best time of 2:10.99 and the 500 freestyle with another best time of 5:08.62 at the NE-10 Championships… Helped her team capture the 400 freestyle relay at the Catholic College Invitational with a season-best time of 3:44.49.

2013-14: Named to the Fall 2013 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Roll... Named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week on Oct. 22, Dec. 11 and Feb. 11... Captured first in the 1650 free in a time of 17:44.37 to win the event at the Northeast-10 Conference Swimming and Diving Championship... Helped her team captured first in the 800 yard freestyle relay with a time of 7:44.14... Finished third at the AC Pentathlon in the 100 free with a time of 57.70... Also placed third in the 100 back, 100 breaststroke and 100 fly with times of 1:05.74, 1:16.76 and 1:02.73, respectively... Placed fifth at the Harold Anderson Invitational in the 200 free with a time of 1:57.21.

Prior to Assumption: Competed on the swim team at Sebastian River High School where her team captured the district and regional championships... Also competed on the Treasure Coast Swimming Conquistadors, earning her way to sectionals competition.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Jennifer Lanam... Born on Nov. 7... Majoring in Organizational Communication... Has one brother, Mitchell (17)... Has volunteered her time in the community with the Special Olympics and also with SEND 2015 in Staten Island, N.Y and SEND 2016 in Delaware as the group leader.
