• Finished seventh in the 5,000 meters in 19:13.67 at the NE10 Championships to set a new personal best
• Placed 17th in the mile in 5:39.70 for a new personal best at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational
• Took seventh in the 3,000 meters in 11:08.54 at teh URI Sorlien Invitational for a new personal best
• Won the 5,000 meters in 19:34.97 at the USM Invite

2019 Outdoor Track:

• Finished 16th in the 1,500 meter run at the 9th Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6) in a time of 5:26.72
• Placed 19th in the 5,000 meter run in a time of 20:06.37 at the 2nd Annual Penmen Relays at SNHU (4/13)
• Placed 6th in the 800 meter run at the Merrimack Meet (4/18) in 2:40.91
• Finished 15th at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (4/27) in the 3,000 meter run in 11:41.10

2018-19 Indoor Track:

• Finished 19th in the mile run in a time of 5:48.66 at the URI Tribute to Bill Falk (2/9)

Prior to Assumption: Played soccer and basketball along with running cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field while in high school… 2016 and 2017 SWC Champion… 2015, 2016 and 2017 Class L Champion… Named All-SWC… Named All-State… Named All-SWC Academic Team… Named Scholar Athlete.
