Prior to Assumption: Did cross country and track & field in high school. Named All-Conference first team and All-State first team while in high school. Has personal best times of 20:27 for the 5k, 25:50 for the 6k, 5:22 for 1500, and 11:47 for the 3k.
Personal Life: Daughter of Kimberly and Darrin Sprague.
