With over 30 years of experience, Shea is a highly accomplished golfer and golf coach. He was a former All-Carolina Conference player for Belmont Abbey College (Belmont, N.C,) and is a PGA member. His career includes serving as a director of instruction at some of the nation’s finest clubs, including the historic Morris County Golf Club (Convent Station, N.J.), founded in 1894. Notably, this club was unique at the time as it was established and operated by women only. Shea's expertise and passion for the game, along with his achievements as a player and coach, have earned him recognition within the golf industry. 

Adam Shea is not just a forward-thinking and passionate sales management professional who achieves results. He is also deeply passionate about people and has a knack for building long-lasting global relationships with both teammates and clients alike. In his spare time, he can be found on the sidelines of his own sons’ athletic events, including NCAA Track & Field and High School Football.
