WORCESTER, Mass - The top-seeded Assumption University field hockey team will square off against No. 4 ranked Pace University in the Northeast-10 Conference Semifinals on Friday evening at Brian Kelly '83 Stadium. The No. 8 nationally ranked Greyhounds will look to exact their revenge against the Setters, who knocked off Assumption in the 2022 NE10 Quarterfinals.

THE SEASON TO THIS POINT
Record: 14-5 (12-1), 8-4 at home, 6-1 on the road
- The Greyhounds secured the first seed heading into the NE10 playoffs.
- Head Coach Annie Lahey was named NE10 Coach of the Year for the third time, while May van Woudenberg and Mia Salah were named to the All-Conference First Team. Callie Beauparlant was named to the Second Team, and Lily Daly found a spot on the Third Team. van Woudenberg and Racquel Provost were listed on the All-Rookie Squad
- From September 16th-October 25th, Assumption posted a 12-game win streak, the second longest in the country at the time
- The Hounds rolled through Franklin Pierce University in the Quarterfinals, defeating them 6-1
- Last year, Assumption advanced to the NCAA Final Four in Seattle, Washington, to face off against East Stroudsburg after defeating Saint Anselm College in the First Round 2-1 in overtime
