CONCORD, N.H. – The Assumption University men's golf team sits in fourth place after the first and second rounds of the Northeast-10 Conference Championship at the Concord Country Club on Monday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Greyhounds started slow on a wet first round, as the team started on the back nine, and the team shot a +6 between the five golfers.
Kyle Puchol had a strong start, as he fired a -3 (33) through his first nine holes, but on the back end, he shot a +4 (38) to finish +1 through 18. Assumption finished the first round +19 as a team, tied for second place, 15 strokes behind the host, Southern New Hampshire.
The Hounds improved with their second round, as the team shot a +15 overall with eight birdies.
