WORCESTER, Mass. – After leading the No. 22 Assumption University men's basketball team to two wins over Pace University and Southern New Hampshire University,
Tayeshawn Cunningham-Pemberton was named the Northeast 10 Conference Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Cunningham-Pemberton led No. 22 Assumption to a pair of wins over Pace (75-64) and Southern New Hampshire (78-71), as he averaged 23.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists, while shooting 65.2 percent from the floor. He led all scorers with 24 points on 9-of-12 shooting, while adding seven rebounds, two assists, and one block in a road win at Pace. TCP had a game-high 23 points, with 19 points coming in the second half, while adding three rebounds and four steals against SNHU.
