ERIE, Pa. – The Assumption University men's golf team ranks 20^th overall. They shot a +42 in round one of the NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional on Thursday afternoon at Whispering Woods Golf Club. 
 
THE BASICS
Finished 9th/20 (330 | +21)

• 52^nd – Lucas Levasseur (+7 | 79)
• 64^th – Kyle Puchol (+8 | 80)
• 84^th – Jack Moy (+12 | 84)
• 100^th – Christopher Stilwell (+15 | 87)
• 103^rd  – Ryan Willey (+18 | 90)

HOW IT HAPPENED
On the front nine, Lucas Levasseur led the way for Assumption with a +4 (40), as he birdied the par-5 seventh, while the only other sub-par hole came from Christopher Stilwell, scoring a three on the fourth hole. 
 
The scores improved on the back nine, as Jack Moy, Kyle Puchol, and Levasseur all shot a +3 (39). Moy wrapped up the opening day with his lone birdie coming on the 18^th hole, while Levasseur and Puchol each birdied two of the longest holes on the course at 12 and 15.
