TEMPE, Ariz. – For the second-straight year, the Assumption University tennis programs were awarded with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Teams, the association announced Tuesday afternoon.

Additionally, 12 student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes. This is mainly due to the teams' cumulative grade-point averages of 3.33 (men) and 3.48 (women).
To qualify as an ITA All-Academic Team, a program must meet a minimum 3.2 team grade-point average for the current academic year—the 15 names honored as ITA Scholar-Athletes all qualified with a 3.5 grade point average or higher.

Carolina de Souza,
Danielle de Souza,
Marie Knispel, Caroline Mäder,
Alec Pijnacker,
Nolan O'Brien, Caden Samkutty, and
Hugo Petersson.
The Greyhounds will gear up for the 2025-26 season, with the men's team set to begin on September 6
th at the Stonehill Doubles Tournament, while the women's team will open the year against Adelphi on September 13
th.
