NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Eight Assumption University student-athletes were named to the Northeast 10 Conference Academic All-Conference teams for the 2025 winter season, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
To be eligible for selection to NE10 Academic All-Conference teams, a student-athlete must have met or exceeded the following minimum requirements:
- Named to the sport All-Conference team (First, Second, Third, or Defensive).
- Must have spent at least two consecutive full-time semesters at the institution (not including the last semester completed)
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 (for both undergrad and grad)
All 10 NE10 institutions had at least one student-athlete selected to the Academic All-Conference teams. For a full list of honorees, please

Rose Connolly (Women's Indoor Track & Field),
Teagan Curran (Women's Basketball),
Craig Gnatek (Men's Indoor Track & Field),
Shane McElhaney (Men's Ice Hockey),
Sophia Lake (Women's Swimming),
Leo Piandes (Men's Ice Hockey),
Kenneth Pyburn (Men's Indoor Track & Field), and
Anna Romano (Women's Indoor Track & Field) represented the Greyhounds on the list.
Rose Connolly (Women's Soccer in 2024, 2025, Indoor Track & Field in 2024, 2025, and Outdoor Track & Field in 2025) is the only one to be a repeat winner.
