2015: Named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie team… Named to the Catholic Cup All-Tournament Team… Started 17 of the 19 games she appeared in… Totaled seven points on the year with two goals and three assists… Posted 13 shots, 11 on goal for a .846 shot on goal percentage… Started in her first collegiate game on 9/4/15 vs St. Anselm… Scored her first career collegiate goal on 9/5/15 in a 5-1 win vs St. Michael’s.
Prior to Assumption: Played soccer at Wallingford High School... Named All-Housatonic Division... Named a CAPT Scholar, graduating with high honors... Earned the most varsity letters in her graduating class... Also competed for FSA United... Played basketball as well as indoor and outdoor track at Mark T. Personal: Daughter of Harold and Elizabeth Spina... Born on Oct. 16... Majoring in psychology... Has one brother, Nicholas (15), and one sister, Rachael (21)... Sister, Rachael, participated in collegiate athletics at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences... Volunteers her time in the community teaching special needs children to play soccer, helps local charities raise money and assists in anti-bullying campaigns at the middle school level.
