Personal: Son of Antonio and ElizabethFernandes.

Prior to Assumption: Transferred from UMassafter one year... Played football at Nipmuc Regional High School,where he also played baseball and basketball... As a senior, he wasa Central Mass. First Team All-Star, a Division 2 All-Star and theTeam MVP... Set school records with 2,100 passing yards and 23passing touchdowns as a senior... Has 3,500 career passing yardsand 36 career passing touchdowns.

2011: Appeared in one game... In the seasonopener vs. Bowie State, he completed 3-of-6 passing attempts for 27yards and one touchdown.
