Robert Grammer

Robert Grammer joined the Greyhound staff in 2019. He is currently serving as an Assistant Coach and Running Backs Coach. 

COACHING CAREER

  • Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at Westfield State University (2018)
    • Helped coach two different players who led the conference in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns and one player who set the school record for rushing touchdowns
    • Also coached three different players that rushed for over 200 yards in a single game
  • Offensive Consultant and Assistant Coach at Southbridge High School (2015-2016)
  • Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at Nichols College (2011-2013)
  • Running Backs Coach at Bryant University (2010)
  • Associate Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at Becker College (2008-2009)
  • Four seasons at Central Methodist University (2004-2007)
    • Held titles of Associate Head Coach, Special Teams Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator and Offensive Coordinator
  • Pass Game Coordinator, Wide Receiver Coach and Kickoff Team Coordinator at Wesleyan University (2002-2003)
  • Four seasons at Western Connecticut State University (1997-2000)
    • Held titles of Offensive Coordinator, Pass Game Coordinator, Quarterback Coach and Running Back Coach
    • He mentored the only quarterback in New England history, in any division, to have over a 200 yard pass-efficiency rating
  • Offensive Coordinator at Fort Scott Community College (1995-1996)
  • Quarterback Coach/Defensive Secondary Coach at Guilford High School (1994-1995)
  • Head Coach at New England Crusaders in Hartford, Conn (1993-1994)
    • Led Crusaders to the National Playoffs
