Bloyer joins the Assumption football coaching staff as the Defensive Line Coach in March of 2020.

Bloyer comes to Assumption with three years of coaching experience. Most recently, he was the Defensive Backs and Wide Receivers coach at Vista Peak high school in Aurora, Colorado. Prior to his time at Vista Peak, Bloyer was the Defensive Backs and Wide Receivers coach at Regis Jesuit high school.

Bloyer also has experience as a sports performance coach. He worked at Landow Performance where he learned advanced lifting, running, and postural techniques for performance and injury prevention. He worked with a team of coaches to prepare college athletes for the 2020 NFL Draft/Pro Draft Day.

“I am so honored to be a member of the Greyhound Family and the coaching staff here at Assumption,” said Bloyer. “I look forward to helping the next generation of athletes here become the best versions of themselves both on and off the field”.

Bloyer is a 2016 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where he played Division I football for four years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.
