Prior to Assumption: Competed in soccer, track, volleyball, and flag football in high school at Cicero North Syracuse, and played club soccer with Syracuse Development Academy. Won soccer championships in 2021, 2023, and 2024. Active in community service, including food donation drives, a toy drive for Golisano Children's Hospital, Helping Hounds, and making placemats for children.

Personal Life: Daughter of Brenden Lawrence and Rania Zongos-Lawrence. Majoring in Biology, on the Doctor of Physical Therapy track.
