PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – The Assumption University women's volleyball team dropped their fifth-straight match, as they fell to Pace University in straight sets, 3-0, in Northeast-10 Conference action Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED 
Pace raced to an early lead, but the Greyhounds slowly chipped away at the deficit. After the Setters got to set point in the first (24-18), Assumption strung together four-straight points, but Pace halted the run with a kill by Daniella Abbastante.
Pace put together multiple runs in the second and third sets to pull away and win the sets 25-18 and 25-11.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Alexis Distasio (10) led the way for the Greyhounds in kills.
• Kyra Belden paced the Blue and White offense as she recorded 11 assists.
