WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University football team wrapped up the regular season on a high note, as they were led by a six-touchdown performance from
Jake Cady, as they rolled to a 65-21 win at Post University Saturday afternoon.
THE BASICS

Records: Greyhounds (8-2, 7-1 NE10) | Eagles (0-10, Independent)
Jake Cady tallied 234 yards of offense to lead Assumption, as the senior signal caller went 12-for-19 through the air for 217 yards and tossed four touchdowns while racking up 17 yards on the ground and recording two rushing TDs.
Berrell Neal was lead back on the ground, recording 182 yards on 10 carries, with a long of 45 yards.
Raekwon Washington had 15 rushes for 100 yards and a touchdown.
Quinn Sieger was the top option through the air for Assumption, as he had two receptions for 83 yards and a score, while
Baley Collier had three catches for 46 yards.
Defensively,
Joseph MacDougall had a game-high eight tackles and added an interception, while Tindell Frick had two tackles for a loss.
Dion Kuinlan picked off a pass and added a tackle for a loss, while Isaac Hadac had three tackles.
Nick Chodack went 1-for-2 on field goal attempts, as he hit a 28-yarder while being a perfect 8-for-8 for extra points.
Gabriel Bertolazzo launched three punts for 143 yards, which includes a 56-yard punt.

- 65 points is the most points by the Greyhounds, since they put up 66 points vs. Saint Anselm on Sept. 14, 2018.
