SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT - Eleven different skaters recorded a point as the Assumption University men's ice hockey team completed the weekend sweep of Saint Michael's College, 6-3, in Northeast-10 Conference action Saturday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Assumption opened the scoring at the 4:04 marker, as Sean Donoghue netted his second goal of his career. Ryan Decker doubled the lead for the Greyhounds, with his goal at 15:57 of the opening period.
The visitors continued to increase their advantage, as Cameron Roberts and Jake DiNapoli scored in the second period. Assumption expanded their lead to 6-0 early in the third period, as Ronny Paragallo and Decker found the back of the net within the opening six minutes of the frame. Saint Michael's would not go quietly as they scored three power-play goals to cut the deficit to 6-3, but that would be it for the Purple Knights, as the Greyhounds logged a 6-3 win.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Thomas McLarnon logged 31 saves to earn his ninth win of the season.
- Assumption outshot Saint Michael's 55-34, winning 47 of 77 faceoffs.
- The hosts went 3-for-5 on the man-advantage, while the visitors went 0-for-3.
