HOW IT HAPPENED
Assumption's lone goal came in the second quarter at 22:00, with Mia Salah assisting on a goal by Daisy Stone. The Greyhounds dominated both possession and offensive opportunities, holding Franklin Pierce without a shot on goal the entire game. Despite multiple penalty corners and close-range attempts in the fourth quarter, Franklin Pierce's goalkeeper, Zoe Noorlag, made 18 saves to keep the game close, but the Ravens could not generate any scoring chances.
