HOOKSETT, N.H. – The Assumption University men's ice hockey team dropped their third straight game, falling to Southern New Hampshire University in Northeast-10 Conference action Friday evening at the Ice Den.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Southern New Hampshire University started fast, as they netted two goals in the opening eight minutes of the first period. Assumption got on the board at the tail end of the middle frame. As
Jonathan Surrette recorded his 20
th goal of the season,
Shane Sullivan and
Patrick Rossetti picked up helpers.
The Greyhounds applied the pressure in the third period, but they were unable to tie the game despite outshooting the hosts 14-9 in the frame and would fall 2-1.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Clement Labillois recorded 24 saves in the crease for the Greyhounds.
- Assumption outshot SNHU 33-26 while winning 40 of 78 faceoffs.
- Neither team scored on the man advantage, as both teams were 0-for-3 on the power play.
