BOSTON, Mass. – The Assumption University men's indoor track and field team finished in fifth place after the conclusion of the 2024 Northeast-10 Conference Championships at the Track at New Balance, while the women's side took seventh.

Preliminaries
In the finals of the Men's 60m, George Dixon finished in fifth place with a time of 7.04, while
Patrick St. George took eighth at 7.26 seconds. Dixon took 2nd place in the 200m with a time of 21.73 seconds as well while winning the 400m at a speed of 48.18 seconds.
Colby Medeiros was now in line to get in on the action, coming in fourth place in the 800m, with his time being 1:55.29.
Charles Driscoll and
Colby Medeiros finished back-to-back in the 1 Mile Run at times of 4:23.20 and 4:23.54 for fifth and sixth place.
For the 3000m, the Hounds had two top ten finishers in
Joseph Carroll and
Evan Clark, who came in ninth and tenth place at 8:58.04 and 9:02.36. The 4x400m relay finished in third place with a time of 3:27.22, with the relay consisting of Jalen Smith-Phillip,
Elliot Gauvin, Brendan Folles, and
DJ Chaudhry. The 4x800m relay came in fifth, consisting of
Charles Driscoll,
Aaron Pelletier,
Davis Preston, and
Colby Medeiros at a time of 8:16.38. Rounding out the relays was the distance medley, where the Hounds came in fourth at a time of 10:39.08 through
Aaron Pelletier,
Elliot Gauvin,
Davis Preston, and
Charles Driscoll.
Jacey Ham came in fourth with a jump of 1.93m in the High Jump, while
Noah Laren came fourth in the Men 1000m Heptathlon at a time of 3:00.11. In the 60m Hurdles Heptathlon, Laren placed again at 9.52 in seventh and came eighth in the Pole Vault Heptathlon at 2.80m. Overall, Laren's efforts saw him finish in seventh in the overall Heptathlon with a score of 3,762.
For the women's events,
Camille Lopez finished in seventh place in the Women's 200m at a time of 26.12. Lopez continued her day, finishing in fifth place in the Women's 400m at a time of 58.59.
Katrina Sullivan claimed second place in the Women 60m Hurdles, just edging out third by .02 seconds with a speed of 9.06. Her relay team claimed third in the 4x400m relay, with a squad of
Alyson Simpson,
Jada McCown, Sullivan, and
Camille Lopez clocking in at 4:04.04. The 4x800m relay finished in seventh at 10:41.00, with
Leah Burke,
Cassidy Elliott, Elizabeth Letizio, and
Rose Connolly leading the charge. Alexandra O'Shea saw herself get seventh place in the High Jump at a jump of 1.42m.
