RINDGE, N.H. – The Assumption University men's lacrosse team ends the regular season on a high note with a 13-6 win over Franklin Pierce University in Northeast-10 Conference action Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Franklin Pierce struck first, as Dan Cohen scored in the opening minute.
Jackson Bulger tied the game with an up-goal at 10:26 before the floodgates opened for the Greyhounds in the first quarter, with
Colby Bailey-Gates,
Brian Shortt,
Brady McNulty, and
Aidan Rodgers getting on the board.
Cameron Theriault opened the second quarter with a goal, making it 6-1 Assumption. The Ravens responded with a pair of their own to send the game to halftime, with the Greyhounds leading 6-3. After halftime, Assumption doubled their lead with goals from Rodgers, Bulger, and McNulty. The two teams would trade the final four goals, sending the game to the fourth, with the Greyhounds up 11-5.
In the fourth, the two teams exchanged four goals, with McNulty and
Jason Bunyon scoring the two Assumption goals. The win clinched Assumption's first postseason game since 2021 and the highest seed since 2015.
