WORCESTER, Mass. – After winning all eight of her races this week,
Sophia Lake has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week, announced Tuesday afternoon.

Lake won all eight races she swam last week in dual meets vs. CSI and Saint Michael's, including the 200 freestyle relay, 100 breast, 200 breast, 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay, and 400 freestyle relay.
