Herman Aguirre has been named the Northeast 10 Conference Player of the Week, announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon.

Aguirre went 2-0 in Assumption's 5-2 victory over Bentley last week, winning his matches at No. 1 singles and No. 3 doubles. He defeated Ansh Chadha (6-4, 6-2) at top-flight singles, while earning a No. 3 doubles win with partner Iñigo Velayos (6-3). The Greyhounds remain unbeaten in NE10 play at 5-0.
