WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University field hockey team maintained eighth in the Penn Monto/National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II National Coaches Poll, while being ranked first in the National Collegiate Athletic Association Regional Rankings, as announced by the association on Wednesday afternoon.

The Greyhounds (11-5, 10-1NE10) are led offensively by
Elle Murray, who has 12 goals and four assists.
Daisy Stone (seven goals, five assists),
Julia Carbone (seven goals, seven assists),
Khianna Jackson (eight goals, one assist), Mieke Rentsh (four goals, six assists), and
Taylor Tory (three goals, eight assists) add some balanced scoring to the Northeast 10 Conference's top-scoring offense.
Paige Gillette is the top netminder for the Hounds, as she supports a 0.81 goals-against average with 65 saves and six shutouts.
Assumption will wrap up the regular season with a road game down in Dobbs Ferry, New York, as they will take on Mercy University on Saturday, November 1, at 1:00 pm.
