RINDGE, N.H.– The Assumption University women's soccer team's unbeaten streak has come to an end, as the Greyhounds fell to No. 24 Franklin Pierce University 2-0 in Northeast 10 Conference action, Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Franklin Pierce was the first team to score, as they scored on an own goal by Assumption, as the Greyhounds' defender tried to head the ball clear of the goal line, but ended up in the back of the Blue and White net. The Ravens' lead would double in the 61
st minute, as Claudia Peirce found the insurance strike. Assumption would have a late push but would not be able to find the back of the net.
