WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University swimming and diving team wrapped up the first day of the Northeast-10 Conference Championships Thursday evening at the WPI Sports & Recreation Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
During the Friday finals, the women's 200 yd Freestyle Relay (
Jenna Swist,
Caroline McKay, Bella Smith, and
Elizabeth Galicki) finished fifth with a time of 1:38.46). The men also took fifth, as the combination of
Chris Fahlman,
Liam Goodlett, Ray Caushaj, and
Kenny Guan touched the timer at 1:26.73.
In the women's 50 yd Freestyle, McKay shaved 0.19 seconds off her seed time to finish fifth with a final time of 24.28.
The 400 yd Medley Relay capped off the day for the Greyhounds, as the women's squad of Galicki,
Sophia Lake, Smith, and Swist took fourth with a time of 3:59.46.
